Work Schedule

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Weekly Commitment: 40 hours

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Patient Load: 15 patients per day, emphasizing continuity of care
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Patient Demographic: Geriatric population, ages 55 and older

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with PACE programs; strong background in geriatric care is also acceptable
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years working with geriatric patients

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00.
