• Provide call coverage for 23 out of 24 weeks, with a beeper and a 30-minute response time.
• Manage an average of 3 patients per shift, including 4 phone consultations, 2 in-person visits, and 2 admissions within a 24-hour period.
• Work within an inpatient OB/GYN department environment.
• Focus on low-risk pregnancies, handling both routine and complex deliveries.
• Conduct OB ultrasounds, specifically Level I screenings for viability.
• Perform C-sections, VBACs, breech deliveries, and forceps deliveries as required.
• Engage in surgical GYN procedures, including both open and laparoscopic techniques.
