Outpatient Gastroenterology

Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Gastroenterologist to become part of a thriving practice that prioritizes exceptional patient care, teamwork, and a fulfilling work atmosphere.

We operate at a 417-bed regional tertiary care facility, recognized as a Level 2 Trauma Center, featuring a cutting-edge endoscopy suite staffed by skilled professionals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary set at $800,000.
• Productivity bonuses available from the first day.
• Starting and retention bonuses reaching up to $180,000.
• Additional perks include relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our team includes two fellowship-trained advanced GI specialists, and we provide support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). All hospital and emergency department calls are managed by the inpatient GI service. Hepatology and transplant support is available through visiting subspecialists twice a month, along with a full-time, experienced hepatology APP. ERCP call opportunities are open for qualified physicians interested in participating. We utilize Epic EMR and the latest Provation software for endoscopy documentation. Our general surgery team is experienced and offers 24/7 in-house trauma and ACS services. A colorectal fellowship-trained surgeon will be joining our team in the fall of 2025, and our pathology group includes two specialists with GI pathology fellowships. Plans for equity in a joint venture endoscopy center are set for availability by 2027.

Location: Our facility is situated at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital.
