Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing high-quality support to the secretarial and business support department. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations to help the team achieve its objectives. This role is on-site in Manhattan. Client Details Construction Description Manage calendars and schedule appointments to optimize team efficiency. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations. Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy retrieval. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via email and phone. Assist in handling travel arrangements and expense reports. Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations within the department. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, and/or Office Manager. Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively. Experience with scheduling, document preparation, and office management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
