Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload materials, ensuring smooth warehouse operations

  • Pick, pack, scan, and kit products accurately to fulfill customer orders

  • Operate RF scanners, barcode scanners, and warehouse management systems with precision

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace following the 7S methodology to promote safety and efficiency

  • Collaborate with team members to adhere to safety protocols and ensure daily operational excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience

  • Proficiency with handheld scanners and material handling equipment, including RF scanning guns

  • Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., including objects of various shapes and sizes

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to work in different temperature conditions and overtime as needed

  • Reliable transportation required, as public transit access is unavailable

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.50 per hour
