\nPearl Street Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-led Primary Care practice in Eugene, Oregon, and part of Praxis Health, the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network. This 100% outpatient opportunity allows you to practice the full scope of Family Medicine - caring for generations of families, building lasting relationships with patients, and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care with continuity at its core. With no obstetrics or hospital responsibilities, you'll have the time and support to focus on exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, and genuine connection.

- Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp) \n
- Established physician range: $270,000 - $380,000 \n
- Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week \n
- Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements \n
