Trillium Construction is seeking Fiber Installers near New Albany, OH.
\n
\n Scope of work:
\n · Install fiber optic and low-voltage cabling (single-mode and multi-mode) in data center environments
\n · Pull, route, dress, and secure fiber and copper cabling per TIA/EIA standards
\n · Install cable trays, ladder racks, conduits, and raceways
\n · Terminate basic fiber connectors (LC, SC) under supervision
\n · Label cables, patch panels, and enclosures accurately
\n · Assist with fiber testing activities (OTDR, power meter, light source)
\n · Follow installation drawings, blueprints, and work orders
\n · Maintain cleanliness and organization of data center spaces
\n · Comply with safety requirements and site-specific protocols
\n · Support technicians and leads during splicing and testing operations
\n
\n Pay: $30 - $31.50 depending on experience
\n Per diem: $110 / day for all 7 days after working the required schedule.
\n Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

\n Qualifications:
\n • 2+ years of experience in commercial low voltage
\n • OSHA 10/30
\n • FOA CFOT + CFOS/T (Testing) or CFOS/S (Splicing)
\n • ETA FOT-OSP or FOT-ISP
\n • BICSI Technician (TECH) or BICSI Installer 2 (INST2)
\n • Fusion Splicing Certification (manufacturer or FOA/ETA)
\n • Advanced Fiber Testing Credentials (OTDR trace analysis)
\n • NICET Level II–III (ITS or Low Voltage)
\n • Fluke Advanced Fiber Certification
\n • Tools of the trade
\n • Able to pass pre-employment screenings
