Machine Operator Job Duties:\n
\n • Operate pouch line.\n
\n • Maintain equipment.\n
\n • Control the operating speed and load of equipment.\n
\n • Provide minor specifications to upgrade the equipment.\n
\n • Supervise, motivate, and train employees according to company policies.\n
\n • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.\n
\n • Ability to fix minor problems.\n
\n • Responsible for food safety and product integrity.\n

\n Schedule:\n
\n • Monday- Friday, 3rd Shift (9:45pm-6am)\n
\n • Overtime Available on Saturday (Mandatory)\n

\n
\n

\n Pay:\n
\n • $18-$20/hr.\n
\n
Machine Operator Requirements:\n
\n • Minimum of 1 year of experience, knowledge of food company preferred.\n
\n • Self-directed.\n
\n • Knowledge of food environment.\n
\n • Effective verbal, listening, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\n
\n • Able to work off shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.\n
\n • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.\n
\n • Must be able to lift 50lbs.\n
\n • Must be able to do the following constantly 8 hours a day: stand, bend, climb, twist\n
\n (neck and waist), repetitive use of hands (power grasping), pushing, pulling, and\n
\n reaching above/below shoulder level.\n
