Oversee the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their life stages, as well as manage operational matters during your shift. Deliver clinical care as needed based on patient volume. Effectively communicate patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to the relevant leadership. Act as a resource for staff guidance and support.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, obtained through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Preferred: Two (2) or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Advanced certification in your specialty area is a plus.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency is essential.
