Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California OT license and registration
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
- Passion for enabling student independence and participation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional skills within the educational environment
- Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff in team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records per school requirements
- Provide adaptive strategies and recommendations to promote access and engagement in school routines
