REGISTERED NURSE

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse to provide empathetic, patient-focused care for individuals at the end of their lives within our inpatient facility. In this position, you will:

• Evaluate and address complex symptoms effectively.
• Create and execute personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Deliver expert management of pain and other symptoms.
• Educate and support both patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document patient care accurately.
