Urologist - Endourology & BPH

Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency positions and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.

We are interested in candidates who possess a strong enthusiasm for or fellowship training in Endourology. A key aspect of this role will be to further develop our advanced stone and BPH programs.

The ideal candidate will:

• Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical locations.
• Establish and expand a high-volume practice focused on stone diseases.
• Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $300,000 to $400,000, adjusted according to years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation policies. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• A strong commitment to clinical education and community-oriented care.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
• This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
• As a California employer, residency in California is required by the start date.
