Job Description
Our organization is a physician-led multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers, presenting a fantastic opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a team of 11 Family Medicine specialists in a newly constructed facility exceeding 60,000 square feet. We are eager to welcome a new physician to this location, including recent graduates. The work schedule for this position is structured as follows: for full-time roles, there are 34 hours of patient contact, with the flexibility to choose between a 4- or 5-day work week. The call responsibilities will be shared among eligible Family Medicine providers, approximately 1:40.
The Caldwell Health Plaza, which opened its doors last fall, is now a bustling, fully operational facility that boasts state-of-the-art amenities. This Health Plaza caters to community members in need of wellness services, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, conveniently located just off I-84. It offers a wide range of comprehensive healthcare services for families, including:

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
- Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
- Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
