Job Summary and Qualifications\n

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

\n

Location: Nashville CSC. Great Circle Road, Nashville, TN 37228

\n

\n

The Pharmaceutical Handler ensures all product that enters or leaves the pharmacy does so in an organized, timely, and efficient manner and under proper storage and labeling conditions. The Pharmaceutical Handler leads all shipping and receiving activities. The Pharmaceutical Handler supervises daily operations to ensure deadlines are adhered to and all product is shipped in accordance with warehouse schedule and pharmacy policies and procedures. The Pharmaceutical Handler handles Receiving Lead functions, including making sure all product is received appropriately and put away in a timely fashion.

What you will do in this role:

\n

\n

\n
• You will ensure proper packaging, labeling, and staging of facility orders
\n
• You will coordinate and run daily WMS operations
\n
• You will process, pick, pack, and stage all customer orders when needed
\n
• You will check in weekly order and supervise the put away process
\n
• You will be responsible for the let-down process to ensure sufficient quantities of product are in the pick location
\n
• You will advise inventory analyst of out-of-stock or short dated items upon discovery and rotate stock as necessary
\n
• You will maintain distribution pull list files
\n
• You will conduct routine cycle counts upon request
\n
• You will perform physical inventory counts during semi-annual inventory
\n

What Qualifications you will need:

\n

\n

\n
• High School Diploma or GED required
\n
• Technician certification preferred within 2 years of hire
\n
• Experience operating a fork lift vehicle and motorized pallet jack preferred
\n
• Performing basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconciliation of figures required
\n
• 1 year Distribution Clerk experience required
\n
• SMART and WMS experience preferred
\n
• Valid State Driver’s License preferred
