As a contracted School Psychologist, you’ll split your time between two vibrant educational communities, ensuring that students receive the support and advocacy they need for academic and emotional growth. Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure in School Psychology
- Experience with ECAT (Early Childhood Assessment Team) evaluations
- Ability to manage time across two locations, consistently upholding high standards of care
- Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, assessment, and intervention within diverse populations
- Knowledge of developmental, behavioral, and academic concerns in elementary and middle school-age children
Essential Duties:
- Perform comprehensive ECAT evaluations and participate in related meetings in one of your two weekly settings
- Deliver regular school psychologist services, including assessment, intervention planning, and consultation, at the second site
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions
- Provide direct and indirect student support for academic and social-emotional needs
- Maintain timely records, reports, and documentation aligned with school and regulatory policies
- Advocate for student well-being and access to appropriate educational resources
This is a contract position with a schedule from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, working a guaranteed 7.5-hour day, lunch included. The caseload offers you valuable variety and engagement, supporting both early childhood and K–8th grade students.
