Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license, with registration through the Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulations (IDFPR)
  • Minimum of three years’ experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school setting
  • Strong communication skills and the flexibility to work across multiple campuses
  • Deep commitment to helping K-8 learners achieve their greatest potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students across two or three campuses
  • Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to develop and adjust individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adapt interventions as necessary
  • Promote inclusive classroom participation and functional independence for students with diverse needs
  • Serve as a point of expertise at multiple locations, providing input and support for educational teams
