Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification (Florida state credentials preferred)
  • Master's or higher in School Psychology or closely related field
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings
  • Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RtI)
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptability for working across several campuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students as needed
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Offer expert consultation to staff and families regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Travel between multiple school locations as part of your weekly duties
