Key Responsibilities- Combination of rounding and on-call duties, including 24-hour or in-house call.
- Manage an average of 5 to 8 patients daily, shared with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Work within a 14-bed behavioral health unit.
- Handle approximately 3 callbacks every 24 hours, along with 8 phone consultations.
- Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
- Experience with involuntary commitments and restraint application is required.
- Familiarity with Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) is necessary.
This role involves a mix of rounding and call responsibilities, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
