Bechtel's Cold Creek Solar Project is located in Schleicher and Tom Green counties, Texas! This Renewables and Clean Power project will deliver 430 MW of solar power and 340 MWh of battery storage – helping power to the Texas grid when demand peaks.

Job Summary:

Project Location: Christoval, TX

Pay Range: $28.00 - $36.00 / per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Per Diem: $100 / per day worked.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hydraulic pile-driving equipment in support of solar foundation installation activities.
\n
• Install piles and posts in accordance with approved engineering specifications and project requirements.
\n
• Align and drive posts accurately to the required depth, angle, and torque specifications.
\n
• Read, interpret, and follow layout plans, pile schedules, and survey markings.
\n
• Coordinate with survey, mechanical, and quality personnel to support accurate placement and installation.
\n
• Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain required documentation.
\n
• Perform routine equipment care, including fueling, lubricating, and cleaning.
\n
• Identify and promptly report equipment malfunctions, alignment concerns, or safety issues.
\n
• Meet production expectations while maintaining required safety and quality standards.
\n
• Support additional mechanical scope activities as assigned.
