Construction Superintendent

Position Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Spring Hill, FL
Schedule: 7am - 5pm(varies) and some rotating weekends
Job Type: 5-Month Contract, potential to be extended based on project needs.
Pay Rate: $35-$40/Hour - Based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent for a construction project in Spring Hill, FL. This individual will assist with daily jobsite operations, safety compliance, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics while collaborating with project teams, owners, and other stakeholders. Job descriptions should include a clear summary, key responsibilities, qualifications, and work environment details.

Day-to-Day

• Conduct safety walks and inspect for safety violations or stormwater issues.
• Upload project photos and updates into Procore.
• Maintain daily logs documenting jobsite activity and project progress.
• Attend weekly project meetings and provide status updates.
• Participate in owner and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and site logistics.
• Occasionally oversee labor crews on-site.
• Support daily construction site operations and project execution.
  

Must-Haves

• 3-5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer
• Commercial or residential construction experience
• Comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets
  

Nice to Have

• Procore experience
• Construction-related degree
• Framing or millwork experience
• Experience unloading and managing jobsite deliveries
