Corporate Concierge

We are looking for a Corporate Concierge for a boutique investment advisory firm in Dallas, TX. This role will be responsible for creating an elevated guest experience while supporting daily office operations.

Job Logistics

• Direct Placement
• Onsite 5 days/week
• Dallas, TX
• Hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Day to Day

• Welcome executives, investors, and visitors
• Deliver concierge-level customer service
• Maintain conference rooms and office common areas
• Coordinate office vendors and support operations
• Manage incoming communications and guest requests
• Ensure office is presentation-ready throughout the day

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of hospitality, concierge, luxury service, or executive reception experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong service mentality
• Professional demeanor
• Experience supporting guest experiences

Plusses

• Bachelor's Degree
• Financial services environment experience

Compensation

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
