Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated behavioral intervention experience, ideally in school settings
• Significant or severe caseload management preferred
• Reliable personal transportation—public transport, ride-shares, or taxi services do not qualify
• Availability to consistently report by 7:40am (Elementary) or 8:00am (Middle/High)
• Willingness to assist students with toileting, diapering, and personal care as needed
• Clean record for immediate fingerprinting; felony or misdemeanor charges are not accepted
• MUST provide 2 completed professional RefAssured references at presentation—candidates without references in hand cannot be considered

Role Responsibilities:

• Offer daily support to students, focusing on individualized needs and adapting to changing assignments or classrooms
• Implement effective behavioral management strategies in collaboration with instructional and support staff
• Provide personal care assistance, including toileting and general mobility support
• Remain adaptable to varying site or group assignments to meet shifting program needs
