Instructional Assistant - Hampton, NH

We're seeking ten dedicated paraprofessionals for a contract assignment in a setting that values teamwork and student success. Openings cover both one-on-one and classroom support roles, providing valuable hands-on experience.

The ideal candidates will be compassionate, adaptable, and eager to work alongside teachers and students. Prior school-based experience is preferred, but no additional paraprofessional certifications or advanced degrees are required—just proof of high school diploma and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work effectively one-on-one or in classroom settings
• Must provide three completed professional references, including the most recent manager, before interviewing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support students in both classroom and individualized settings as directed by educational staff
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, assignments, and behavior management
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
• Help with instructional tasks and provide encouragement to learners
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture

Details:

• Ten positions available; contract runs from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027
• Middle School hours: 7:10am–2:10pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• High School hours: 7:30am–2:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• 32.5 hours per week
