Serving approximately 40 students district-wide, you’ll have the meaningful responsibility of supporting the development of young learners across all grade levels and directly supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Qualifications:

  • Current licensure from the State of New Mexico in Occupational Therapy
  • Direct school-based OT experience (teletherapy skills a plus)
  • Experience supporting Pre-K through 12th grade populations
  • Ability to supervise and mentor a COTA
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Support educational teams in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Supervise, guide, and collaborate with the onsite COTA
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
