Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Experience in school-based PT preferred but new graduates with a passion for pediatric care are welcome
- Ability to manage and prioritize needs across both early intervention and school-age populations
- Strong communication skills for teaming with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Commitment to documentation and compliance with IEP requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver targeted physical therapy services within classroom and therapy settings
- Serve students in two primary caseloads: Early Intervention (full-time, 5 days/week in Aston classrooms) and a 4-day/week School Age need (Low Incidence program at Marple Education Center)
- Conduct assessments, set goals, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Educate and collaborate with families and educators to support carryover of skills
