Instructional Assistant - Exeter, NH

What you'll need:

• Proof of high school diploma (required)
• At least three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, ready before the interview process
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
• Ability to commit to the term—from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct assistance and support to students, both in 1:1 settings and in classrooms
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to reinforce instructional plans and promote an inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with classroom management and daily routines
• Supporting students with academic, behavioral, or mobility needs
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and encouraging atmosphere at all times

Position details:

• Contract role, 32.5 hours per week in alignment with school schedules
• Middle School: 7:10am–2:10pm; High School: 7:30am–2:30pm
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
• Assignment runs the full school year
