Work with K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year, supporting student well-being and academic achievement across two vibrant district locations. This position offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) and the chance to make a significant impact in diverse educational environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology (K-12)
  • Master’s Degree in School Psychology required
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred, especially for the itinerant role, but not a requirement
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessment, intervention, consultation, and program evaluation to support student learning and well-being
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
  • Conduct psychological and educational evaluations, prepare reports, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Support schools in implementing positive behavioral interventions and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Travel may be required for itinerant services across multiple campuses within assigned districts
