- K–2: Resource Teacher (push-in/pull-out services)
- Grades 3–4: Resource Teacher (push-in/pull-out services)
- Grades 7–8: Resource Teacher (push-in/pull-out services)
- Grades 9–12: Resource Teacher, resource classroom with ~35 students (no case management duties)
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (State of NC or eligibility)
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably in a resource model
- Adaptability and commitment to providing inclusive, individualized instruction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide push-in and pull-out resource services (K–8 positions)
- Support and teach students with diverse needs (all positions)
- Maintain progress monitoring and student documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
- For the high school role: manage a resource classroom (no case management tasks)
