We operate multiple offices throughout Virginia, focusing on fostering strong, personal connections between our patients and healthcare providers. We are looking for a dedicated OB GYN Physician who excels in delivering comprehensive patient care, stays updated with the latest medical technologies and practices, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional OBGYN care to patients.
- Conduct both minor and major surgical procedures.
- Prevent, diagnose, and treat various OBGYN conditions.
- Guide and oversee medical staff, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, ensuring adherence to proper protocols.
- Enhance technology use to improve quality and patient experience while maintaining clinical standards.
- Perform patient examinations, gather medical histories, and order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Stay informed about and provide the latest treatment options.
- Engage actively in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive enhancements.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OBGYN.
- Prior experience in OBGYN practices is preferred.
- Possession of an active Medical License in the State of Virginia is preferred.

- Compensation Range: $288,750 - $383,250 per year, based on experience.
