Job Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing night coverage with 6 to 10 shifts each month.
• Work from 8 PM to 6 AM, attending to approximately 24,000 annual patient visits.
• Manage an average of 3.08 patients per hour during double coverage.
• Oversee a 14-bed ICU, with a hospitalist responsible for ICU patient management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current certifications in ATLS, PALS, and ACLS are mandatory.
• Board certification is required.
• Hospital privileges must be obtained.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $225.00 to $310.00, depending on various factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
• All rates are inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
• Weekly payment is provided for your convenience.
