Job Description
Lead daily night-shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved Build and support a new production team of approximately 15 employees Monitor production schedules, employee performance, and overall workflow Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational challenges Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates with leadership Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and processes
