Bilingual Lead Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $25-$26/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support an apartment community in Dallas, TX 75287. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who can effectively manage daily operations, lead a maintenance team, and provide excellent service to residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
• Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and property repairs
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Manage unit turns and ensure make-readies are completed on schedule
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and building systems
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
