Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long term project in the Cedar Rapids, IA area.

LONG TERM! OVERTIME!

• PAY: $65/hour
\n
• PER DIEM: $175/day (Must qualify) per diem paid 7 days if you work all offered hours
\n
• HOURS: 60 total weekly hours. Shifts will be six 10-hour workdays
\n
• SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Saturday; 6:00 am-4:00 pm

• START DATE: ASAP

• DURATION: Multi-Year/Temp-to-Perm

Journeyman Electrician Job Description:

Experienced commercial electrician responsible for supporting the construction of a new data center facility. Primary duties include installing trapeze supports, assembling and installing prefab electrical components, and preparing infrastructure for large-scale electrical systems. Work includes both current tasks and upcoming phases, such as core & shell electrical installation, underground systems, and temporary power distribution.

Qualifications for Journeyman Electrician:

• Iowa Journeyman Electrical license required (Or reciprocal license - Alaska ; Arkansas ; Colorado ; Minnesota ; Montana ; Nebraska ; New Hampshire ; North Dakota ; South Dakota ; Oklahoma ; Wisconsin ; Wyoming ; Texas)
\n
• OSHA 10 Required
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation and large-scale construction environments.
\n
• Proficient with hand and power tools, conduit bending, and installation hardware.
\n
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
\n
• Familiarity with prefab processes, materials, and jobsite logistics.
\n
• Pre-employment drug screening required
