Practice Overview

• You'll join a growing value-based care group with an employed model and a team-first culture
• Work alongside 3 physicians and 3 NPs at a busy clinic, supported by 1 MA, 1 scribe, and an RN for high-risk/hospital follow-up
• In-house support includes physical therapy, social work, nutrition services, pharmacy support, and patient resources (including food distribution)
• Light shared call with nurse triage; call is pooled across Texas providers (about 2 weeks per year)

Schedule

• Clinic schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
• Patient volume averages 7-16 patients/day with longer appointments (60 minutes new, 30 minutes established)
• Panel growth is steady; full panel is typically 500-600 patients with an expected ramp-up over time
• Clinic is actively adding new patients monthly, supporting consistent demand and continuity

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at 260,000 + quality bonus opportunity (up to 20%)

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to physicians at any experience level, including new graduates
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred (patient population is predominantly Spanish-speaking)
• Comfort with relationship-based, value-focused primary care and managing chronic disease in seniors
