Patient population / volume:

• Children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, genetic conditions, and other behavioral support needs

• Manage a small caseload of approximately 6-10 clients

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health team. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals, and help children achieve meaningful developmental and behavioral goals. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive client evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Analyze client data and modify treatment plans based on progress and clinical outcomes.

• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent treatment across settings.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.

• Ensure ethical and evidence-based ABA practices are followed.

• Stay current with advancements in behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive client outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Previous supervisory experience in an ABA setting preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and treatment planning.

• Experience with assessment tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and family-centered approach to care.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
