Position Summary

\n

The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner applies the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide comprehensive primary patient care.

\n

This role works closely with the Practice Administrator and Case Manager to ensure coordinated delivery of quality healthcare services. The APRN also partners with clinic leadership to help achieve organizational goals while identifying opportunities to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and overall service delivery.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide medical treatment to patients.
  • \n
  • Document all patient encounters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • \n
  • Work closely with Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.
  • \n
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
  • \n
  • Follow all applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • \n
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and assist in resolving medical issues.
  • \n
  • Recommend solutions to improve clinical and operational processes across departments.
  • \n
  • Protect clinic assets and property against loss or waste.
  • \n
  • Assist with special medical projects and on-site healthcare services.
  • \n
  • Participate in continuing education and maintain professional affiliations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • \n
  • Active Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) License
  • \n
\n

Preferred

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in General Practice
  • \n
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • \n
  • Bilingual preferred
  • \n
  • Strong computer skills and overall computer literacy
  • \n
