Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Teaching License with Special Education Generalist (Ages 5–21) Endorsement
- Experience working with elementary age children (Affective Needs focus preferred)
- Availability to start ASAP through October 2nd
- Prompt return of district contractor packet for credentialing
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver affective needs instruction to elementary students at Leroy Elementary
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to unique student goals
- Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to foster a positive, inclusive classroom
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Adapt to Northglenn campus expectations while providing on-site support
