Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Shifts run from 6:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Rotating days off aligned with departmental needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist or ORT
• Previous travel assignment experience strongly preferred
• Ortho-specific surgical experience is a plus
• Non-certified and certified Surgical Techs may apply
• Solid teamwork skills and adaptability in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures, preparing the OR and supporting the surgical team throughout each case
• Maintain sterile fields and anticipate the needs of surgeons during procedures
• Perform surgical counts, prepare and handle instruments, and support patient safety at all times
• Adhere to facility protocols and contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment
• Ensure equipment is functioning and set up for each surgery, handling any necessary troubleshooting

$1,677 - $1,768/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
