Step into an impactful role supporting students' educational journeys as an Occupational Therapist. In this contract-based position, you’ll work three days each week (.6 FTE) throughout the full school year, collaborating with educators and families to empower students with diverse needs.

Your expertise will help develop and implement individualized interventions, enabling students to thrive academically and socially. The role offers varied, engaging days as you work alongside committed school professionals in a dynamic environment near Daly City, CA.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT license in California
  • Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
  • Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ needs and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure students’ success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records of services and student progress
  • Offer consultative support and training to staff to integrate OT strategies into classrooms
