Position: Dental Hygienist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Hygienist, you will provide direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, while also supporting office operations.

  • Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
  • Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other related procedures under dentist supervision.
  • Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
  • Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
  • Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and organizational standards.
  • Guide patients and their families through the treatment process.
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
  • Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary.
  • Provide memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and care.
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • CPR certification (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
