PRN Inpatient Physical Therapist - 401K with a 4% Match + Complimentary Continuing Education

We are looking for an inpatient Physical Therapist to become a part of our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This role is part-time/PRN, where you will deliver direct patient care and assist with rehabilitation activities. All our therapists receive membership in the Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), making us an ideal choice if you value ongoing education and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive care.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving others!
• Possession of a California Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• Recent graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $55 to $62, along with free continuing education and a 401(K) plan featuring a 4% employer match.
