BCBA / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

Salary: $90,000-$112,000/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor ABA-based interventions.

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians.

• Review data, track progress, and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification and Louisiana LBA license required.

• Must be credentialed with Louisiana Medicaid and MCOs.

• 3-5 years of BCBA experience required.

• Pediatric/adolescent ABA experience preferred.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Comfortable traveling between school and home/community settings.
