What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a School Psychologist in elementary school settings
• In-depth knowledge of South Carolina Special Education regulations and procedures
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, certification as a School Psychologist in South Carolina (out-of-state certification holders are welcome if eligible for SC certification)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators
• Dedication to being onsite throughout the contract assignment
• Proven experience in conducting evaluations, counseling, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results for individualized student planning
• Work closely with teachers and families to deliver targeted interventions and supports
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Serve as a resource on Special Education law, ensuring best practices and advocacy
• Provide crisis intervention and consultative services as needed to foster student well-being
