Key Responsibilities- Clinic hours are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM on Mondays, and 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM from Tuesday to Friday.
- Manage a patient load of 15-25 individuals daily.
- Provide care for patients of all ages, including women's health services.
- Hospital privileges are mandatory.
- Active Medicaid and Medicare enrollment is required.
- An active CAQH profile is necessary.
