\nAs a Family Medicine (FM) Physician, youll work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team that includes access to specialists, mental health professionals, and integrative medicine through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. This holistic, patient-centered approach is at the heart of how we deliver caresupporting every aspect of a patients health journey.\n

Primary Care physicians at this clinic are close knit and drawn to collaborative work

Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support

Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families

Clinic hours are Monday- Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm and closed Saturday-Sunday

Job Requirements

MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required

BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required

Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
\n - \n
?ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days

\nPay Range: $290,500 to $339,800 per year\nThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).\n\n\nBenefit Summary
