About the Opportunity

LHH is partnering with a highly regarded global law firm in its search for a Capital Markets Paralegal to support a sophisticated corporate and securities practice. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with attorneys and clients on complex capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SEC reporting matters, public company compliance, and other strategic corporate initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can independently manage multiple priorities, and enjoys contributing to high-profile transactions from inception through closing.

Compensation and Benefits

San Francisco, California Compensation Range:
The expected salary range for this position in San Francisco, California is $110,000 - $150,000 annually.
