LHH is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead projects from concept through commissioning. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination while supporting product improvements, business development, and project execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through installation and startup.
- Lead project teams consisting of engineers, vendors, contractors, and production personnel.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, and project documentation.
- Design and improve products, systems, and processes to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
- Support sales with estimates, quotations, and technical expertise.
- Travel to customer sites to oversee installations and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on process improvements and project execution strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of engineering and project management experience.
- Strong leadership, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
