Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure as required by state law
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Experience with psychological assessments, IEPs, and behavioral intervention planning
• Familiarity with special education law and best practices in school-based psychological services
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Prior experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs as a core team member
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop targeted intervention strategies
• Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
• Maintain current, detailed records and comply with all federal, state, and district regulations
