This role offers two full-time travel positions—both providing 37.5 hours per week—interpreting one-on-one with elementary-aged students. Qualifications:

  • Current EIPA score of 3.5 or above, or RID certification required
  • Must possess or be eligible for GaPSC certification
  • Skilled in working as a Sign Language Interpreter within school settings
  • Passion for supporting the educational development of children who are deaf or hard of hearing

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and effective 1:1 sign language interpretation for assigned elementary students
  • Ensure clear communication between students and educators
  • Adapt interpreting techniques to meet individual student needs
