Job Description
A travel opportunity is available for a Pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care within a Specialty Pharmacy setting. This role is based in Waseca, MN, and offers a 13+ week assignment with a flexible part-time schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Long Term Care pharmacist duties ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage patient medication therapy.
- Provide patient counseling and support immunization programs as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Some weekend shifts required
- 20-30 hours per week
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD or MTM certification preferred.
- Immunization certification required.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy environments is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
